A fire-breathing Dragon from Ireland. It haunted the Loch-Bel-Dracon which means ‘Lake of the Dragon’s Mouth’. It is believed that on St. John’s Day, the beast will rise to avenge the death of St. John the Baptist. The Dragon is used in many medieval emblems to define the gates of hell.
