A monster of ancient Greece that has one hundred arms and fifty faces. These creatures were known as the Hecatoncheires born from Ouranos and Gaia. Briareus helped Zeus to overcome the Titans. Briareus had two brothers, Kottos and Gyes who guarded the imprisoned and defeated Titans in Tartarus.
