A race of Giants from the Isle of Lewis, one of the Islands of the Hebrides off the coast of Scotland. When Saint Kieran travelled over to convert them to Christianity they refused. The Saint then cursed the Giants and turned them into stone. Their bodies, now rock forms a circle of stones which can still be seen today.
