A cosmic bull that was the first creature of this Earth according to the Kabyl people of Algeria. Out of darkness emerged Itherther and his consort Thamuatz. They bore a son who was a bull-calf named Achimi. Achimi fell in love his mother and chased Itherther to the mountains. At the mountains whenever Itherther remembered his old lover, semen would sprout out and form an animal. In this way all the animals of the Earth were formed.
