One of the Urisks from the myths of Scotland. Like other Urisks, the Peallaidh was very hairy. It has the body of a human from above and of a goat below. Its name means ‘Shaggy One’ and it lived in the forest of Perthshire. Another Peallaidh called Shellycoat is believed to live in the lowlands of this area.
