The Pukis is a small Dragon that guards a particular house. The Pukis are said to be 2ft in length with four feet. In some beliefs they do not have wings and in others they do. Winged Pukis fly in the nights sky and are visible by their fiery tail. When it lands it is believed to be able to transform into a cat. The Pukis steals treasure for its master (usually from the neighbours) and guards it in its master’s house. Its quick and dexterous speed made it an excellent thief.
