A Sea Serpent that has the head of a horse and a single yellow horn protruding from its forehead. It lives in the lakes of North America such as Lake Utopia and Lake Ainslie. Some believe that it has the body of a crocodile with a yellow horn on its head. The Tcipitckaam has the ability to transform into a handsome young man and lure women into the waters to drown them.
